Answer client questions via our chat, video, email and phone calls. Foster client retention by helping client’s workflow using our financial data platform. You should be familiar with financial investments and will become thoroughly familiar with Telemet’s financial data platform via our coaching and training. See www.taquote.com.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities:

​

• Support client use of Telemet's financial data platform, 

• Develop and sustain strong client relationships,

• Offer orientation and continuing product education (via webinars, and calls),

• Resolve financial data platform issues that our clients may experience,

• Serve as a client advocate during sales meetings highlighting new needs and solutions. 

 

Must Have Skills and Experience:

​

• 2+ years financial and client service experience

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Finance)

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office products

• Personable and flexible with strong oral, presentation and written skills 

• Experience with troubleshooting
