Dear Friends and
Colleagues,
It has been 30 years since the
company was founded in September of 1979 - before
the era of the desktop PC and the internet.
I have been lucky and enjoyed every minute of
it. There are many reasons. I have watched
investments and technology evolve and watched our
platforms improve with it. But
here is the best part.
Over the past
months I have visited with some of you, heard your
ideas about our platform, our service and the
markets. It is very satisfying when you plan
and build product and service offerings with a
wonderful group of smart, savvy and interesting
clients. And our exceptional client service
team, with many years experience, collaborates
with you and me to give you the best service in
the business. I know it's so because you
told me. It is what a focused team can do
when it grows organically.
As you
know, over the past 30 years our competition has
evolved towards a duopoly and as a result they
take a very different approach to these issues.
We flourish in spite of their size and
acquisitions. Remember it's not how big you
are, but how good you are.

symbol, effective data, announcement date, or by
your ticker list (collecting all actions for a
